NEW PROCEDURE FOR ALL HOMEOWNER-HOA REPAIRS

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026

All residents must complete a "Work Order Repair" form (click here) for any repair at their unit that is the responsibility of the HOA.  The form should be submitted to our property manager in person at the clubhouse on Tuesdays between 10 am - 12 noon or emailed to her at ggiordano@accreditedpm.com

RESIDENT APPLICATION FORM FOR EXTERIOR CHANGES (THAT ARE NOT REPAIRS) - CLICK HERE

Use this for landscaping changes, patio extensions, HVAC movement, awnings, stair railings, irrigation changes, driveway repairs, and any other exterior changes you wish to make.  Board approval required.

IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS:

RESIDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CHANGE OR ADD ANY ELEMENT TO THE EXTERIOR OF THEIR UNIT WITHOUT FILING THE APPROPRIATE "EXTERIOR CHANGE ORDER APPLICATION" (see our property manager, Gigi) WHICH MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD PRIOR TO ANY CHANGES BEING MADE.

THOSE WHO PROCEED WITHOUT BOARD KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL MAY BE SUBJECT TO A VIOLATION FINE AND/OR WILL HAVE TO REMOVE WHATEVER WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT PRIOR BOARD APPROVAL.

WINTER BROS. IS NOW UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF "WM" (WASTE MANAGEMENT).   ALL RECYCLABLES ARE COLLECTED ON WEDNESDAY.  THERE IS NO ANNUAL CALENDAR AVAILABLE AND BOTH PAPER AND PLASTICS ARE COLLECTED TOGETHER EACH WEDNESDAY.
