House Rules, Regulations and Guidelines

Dear Residents of BME, 

Below is a document sanctioned by the HOA Board of Directors.  It is designed to provide you with guidance for harmonius living in our condominium community.  Most simply, it is meant to serve as an informational resource for when you have questions or need clarification about what is and what is not permitted at Bayport Meadow Estates.  The sole intention of these guidelines is to maintain an orderly environment for all so that our property value will remain high and BME will continue to be a very desirable property in which to live.

The HOA Board of Directors thanks you in advance for your anticipated adherence to the Rules, Regulations and Guidelines (RRG's) of our community.  Please keep in mind that you elected us, your board, to make these decisions on your behalf, and that you legally agreed to adhere to the rules of the community when you signed your closing documents.   Thank you.
