Budget Presentation
A community ZOOM meeting to review the 2025 budget was held on Wednesday, December 18th at 7:00 pm for the purpose of reviewing the 2025 HOA, Condo I and Condo II budgets ONLY. The board answered questions regarding the budget and other topics. Additional items of interest or concern may be presented to the Board at the upcoming Annual Meeting and Election of Board Members which is scheduled for January 28th at 7:00 pm.

There will be NO INCREASE to HOA fees for the 2025 fiscal year.

Information on Cambistat - Slide 4 of Presentation
The use of Cambistat was indicated on Slide 4 of the presentation. Cambistat is a growth regulator treatment to be used for our Green Giant Arborvitaes in 2025. Over time, it will save on costs associated with annual tree trimming since the growth of the trees will be slowed by the application of Cambistat. There are 508 Green Giant Arborvitae trees in our community that grow at a rate of one to two feet per year.
