Dear Bayport Meadow Estates Community,

Happy Summer 2024!

The Outdoor pool is now open as we begin our third summer of outdoor fun at the Bayport Meadow Estates pools and clubhouse.  Hours for outdoor pool and deck enjoyment this summer will begin at 7:00* am through 8:00 pm. *However, please understand that the opening hour of 7:00 am is "unofficial" and is subject to change on any given day, if chemical readings on a particular morning are not acceptable. The "official" opening time for the outdoor pool is 10:00 am.  The pool deck will remain open on Friday and Saturday evenings until 10:00 pm, but swimming in the pool closes at 8 pm.  PLEASE! Don't get locked inside the pool deck area, to avoid a fine and the cost of resetting our outdoor security system.  The gates lock promptly at 8:00 pm, Sunday - Thursday evenings, and at 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday evenings.  You must EXIT the pool gates before 8:00 pm (Sun.-Thurs.) and before 10:00 pm (Fri.-Sat.)

Over the past several months, the Board has reviewed and updated the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines (RRGs) for the community and has included a portion of these with the 2024 version of Clubhouse and Pool Rules.  Please take the time to familiarize yourselves with these guidelines by clicking here. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation as we all take pride in an orderly, well-managed community.  To avoid conflict with management, we ask you to review all RRGs, which were recently sent to you via email.
