February 2024:  The board decided that all officers currently in place will remain the same. The board selected dates for all board meetings for 2024.  Other board matters were discussed which included:  planning for spring activities, engagement of certain vendors for various maintenance duties, review of community rules and guidelines, homeowner issues, and other internal board functions.
