January 2024:  The Annual Homeowers' Association Meeting was held on January 30, 2024.  All budget information is posted on this website.  The board gave a presentation of "Hot Topics" in the community and residents were able to ask questions.  Holly Bernhard and Rob Lazazzaro were re-elected to serve 3-year terms on the HOA Board of Directors, and Maryann Primeggia will continue to serve on Condo I while Neal Houslanger and Ron Robey will continue to serve on Condo II.  The board encouraged all homeowners to refer to this website for information on many topics which may of interest or concern to them.
